Disposition versions
24. The holder of exclusive exploration rights obtained by staking whose term is suspended by the Minister under paragraph 2 of section 63 of the Act may apply for their conversion into map designated exclusive exploration rights under section 83.2 of the Act only if the application for conversion filed under that section is made up of exclusive exploration rights whose term is suspended under paragraph 2 of section 63 of the Act.
24. The holder of claims obtained by staking whose term is suspended by the Minister under paragraph 2 of section 63 of the Act may apply for their conversion into map designated claims under section 83.2 of the Act only if the application for conversion filed under that section is made up of claims whose term is suspended under paragraph 2 of section 63 of the Act.
